The mustachioed Glen of Imaal Terrier packs a bold personality into a small body. Originally bred to work as a no-frills farm dog, they are scruffy, scrappy, and spirited dogs. They are named after a remote spot in Ireland. Their coats are wiry and they have broad heads and bowed front legs. Less hyperactive than other terrier breeds, they adapt well to family life.
